The apartments at Residence Ciasa de Lenz offer maximum comfort and are particularly suitable for allergy sufferers thanks to the special furnishings - Unforgettable holiday stay in the most beautiful hiking and skiing area of the Dolomites
Our house “Ciasa de Lenz” has completely been renovated and enlarged in spring 2016 and we are proud to offer to our guests, bright and comfortable apartments, built according to architectural standards of the “Climate House”.
We furnished our apartments, in order to reduce the complaints of persons that have allergies:
- smoking is forbidden in all apartments and common areas
- we don’t accept animals
- we don’t have covers with fitted carpeting
- on request we offer synthetic pillows and duvets
- all mattress covers are synthetic
- due to the Allergy Centre “AHA” of Switzerland, there are no mites, over 1.200 of altitude and our house is at 1.580 m of altitude
- bed linen and towels are dryed with the dryer and not at open air and that is why we are able to reduce the pollen at a minimum
- we arranged the rolling shutter in order to avoid heavy curtains that hold a lot of dust
- we have a central vacuum cleaner
- during the night (24.00-6.00 am) we turn off the WIFI connection, in order to reduce the electromagnetic pollution during the sleep
Mint
Details
The completely renovated apartment "Mint" (4 - 6 persons) is located on the 2nd floor and has 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with hair dryer - on the same floor we can add to the apartment an additional double room with bathroom and balcony - with in total 3 rooms and 3 bathrooms - in 2 rooms it is possible to divide the beds to single beds. The apartment has a new and comfortable kitchen/living room with dishwasher, dishes, cutlery, refrigerator, microwave oven, induction cooker, coffee maker for making American coffee, potable tap water, 43 inch flat screen TV in the living-room and in 2 bedrooms, free WIFI, bed linen, towels, large balcony with view on the Dolomites, skiroom with ski boot dryer, private parking and on request daily fresh rolls service. Included in the price we offer a free ski bus service (privately organized by 20 facilities in the area) - our house is approx. 150 m from the bus stop (and ski bus stop in winter).
Calendola

The newly built apartment "Calendula" (4/5 persons) is located at 3. floor and has 2 double bedrooms (twin beds on request), 1 single bed in kitchen/living room, 2 bathrooms with hairdryer, new and large kitchen/living room with dishwasher, set of crockery and flatware, fridge, water kettle, microwave oven, induction plate, American coffee machine, juicer, toaster, tap potable water, flat screen TV (size 43”) in the living room and an additional TV in one of the 2 bedrooms, free WIFI, bed linen, towels, balcony with a view of the Dolomites, ski room with boot dryer, private parking.
On request fresh rolls service (you pay only the bread not the service). Our house is approx. 50-80 m from the bus stop (and ski bus stop in winter) - for our guests is the ski bus service to the cable car “Piz Sorega” included (ask for ski bus service dates).
The beds in this apartment are 2.10 m long.
Chamomile

The newly built apartment "Chamomile” (3/4 persons) is located at 1. & 2. floor and has 2 bedrooms (1 double room + 1 single room), 1 single bed in kitchen/living room, 1 bathroom with hairdryer, 1 additional toilet, new and large kitchen/living room with dishwasher, set of crockery and flatware, fridge, water kettle, juicer, toaster, microwave oven, induction plate, American coffee machine, tap potable water, flat screen TV (size 43”) in the living room, free WIFI, bed linen, towels, 2 balconies and terrace with a view of the Dolomites, ski room with boot dryer, private parking.
On request fresh rolls service (you pay only the bread not the service). Our house is approx. 50-80 m from the bus stop (and ski bus stop in winter) - for our guests is the ski bus service to the cable car “Piz Sorega” included (ask for ski bus service dates).
The beds in this apartment are 2.10 m long.
The cot is on request (we have only 1 cot available)
On Wednesday we hover the apartment and clean the bathrooms and change the towels – this service is included in the price.
Daily cleaning is only on request with an additional cost.
On request we can wash your personal clothes - Cost € 6,00/washing machine and/or € 6,00/dryer
For cyclists we will wash the cycle clothes – free of charge.
On request we will prepare the breakfast box – Cost € 8,00/person/day – for special requests we will add a supplement.
