The indicated prices are per apartment and day and include the Italian VAT.
We add a 30% supplement for stays under 3 days.
The reservation is confirmed upon receipt of a 30% deposit, and the final balance will be automatically charged to your credit card one month before arrival.
The tourist tax of €2,30/person/day is not included in the cost of the apartment – children under 14 years don’t pay the tourist tax.
Relatives or friends, that are not booked in any apartment of our house, can’t enter in the apartments – if it will be done, we will charge €10,00/person/day.
Arrival day: normally the apartments are at your disposal after 3 pm on your arrival day.
Departure day: please leave the apartments within 9.30 am.
The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card 30 days before arrival. In case of cancellation of the reservation, we apply the following rules:
- Up to 30 days before arrival the deposit can be used during another stay within the end of the year, depending on our availabilities
- Up to 15 days before arrival we charge 50% of the total amount due
- From 15 to 5 days before arrival we charge 70% of the total amount due
- From 5 to 0 days before arrival we charge 100% of the total amount due
- No show: we keep 100% of the total amount of the booking
- In case of late arrival or early departure we charge 100% of the booking price due

General information
- Cost of additional beds: on request
- Cots (with bed linen) for children 0-3 years are free of charge (we have only 1 cot available – please book it in advance)
- On request we will wash the clothing of your guests - € 6.00/washing machine – possibility to dry the clothes € 6.00/dryer.
- We DON'T accept any animals in our house
- Shopping list - service fee €10.00 + shopping amount
- Pickup and delivery of your ski pass upon arrival at the accommodation - service fee €3.00 per ski pass
